Justice

 It is difficult to see injustice around me and accept it. Being fair and just is an attribute that is dear to my heart. It is not easy to be fair and just. But, when you are, you can only reap the rewards. Fairness and justice always pay off on the long run. When you demand from your team to go the extra mile, they will only do it over and over again if you show to be fair and compassionate with them. It is not easy to be fair and just. It takes integrity.
